Coppershock Horror was started in February of 2016. Here by the Utah mountainside I’ll often go for country drives to clear my head and let it be filled with “What if.”
What if a man lived alone in the woods for the sole reason to be as far away from others as possible? What if he was hiding from a past that would land him with the authorities? What if the person he’d wronged hunted him down? What if there’s no where else to run, and the man must confront the monster he’d borne from his historical mistakes? What if they did not come to kill him, but ask for judgement day?
The “What if” game feels like pulling on a string, leading me through a fog until I stumble into a scene of core moral questioning. Is it right or wrong? Sometimes, the “right” thing to do changes on our compass so far that when we first started our journey we may have thought it was the wrong thing to do. Let the man begging for help in through the locked door? Choose between whose life should be saved or sacrificed over our own? Apart from moral questioning, I also do subscribe to a good monster story every now and then. I hope you’ll enjoy the journey with me.
EVERYONE HAS A STORY TO TELL, AND I’M DYING TO HEAR YOURS.
